The KUMUK Factory building is a 12000 m2 closed space is located in Istanbul Turkey. Our factory is only five minutes away from the new Sabiha Gokcen Airport (will officially open in 2005) and about 45 minutes away from the Internatıonal Ataturk Airport depending on the traffic.

Our Companies main expertise is manufacturing high-performance injection molds for various thin wall packaging applications. All moulds are manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM technologies and CNC machining centers. The company is dedicated to quality and employs TQM (Total Quality Management) principles.

Mould and Die Making is our core business. All the other production divisions we own are created and started in our mould design and production division. High quality Molds is prerequsite for high
quality parts and products. This why most of our products are exported to well known brands and Western European Countries.

We offer Technical consultancy in injection molding, photo-realistic images for marketing presantaions, calculation of volumes and weights. We help you develop your model we can come up with numerous models for you to choose from. We can turn your idea in to reality for you.

We own fully automated 8 injection molding machines in house ranging from 100 tons to 320 tons which 3 of them are fast cyclying Netstals. All moulds made by us are only delivered after through testing and acceptance by the customer. Technical descriptions,operating instructions, samples and test records are delivered to the customer.

We believe that a pleasent customer brings 10 more new customers. This is why after sales service is very important to us. This is why we support our customer withh all our available resorces at all times.

Excellent engineering is the key to building the finest moulds in the shortest amount of time. Our latest technology CAD/CAM Work-Stations are fully integrated with our CNC machine Tools linked by DNC ethernet Network.
